Cancellation Policy

• Registrations can be cancelled and reimbursed up to and including the 25th April* for a 75,00€ handling fee.

• From the 26th April*, participants will not be reimbursed for cancelling registration.

*Exception: If the participant is prohibited from travelling by travel restrictions, we will reimburse the difference between the fee minus the 75,00€ handling fee. The participant will be asked to send an official document by email stating his/her impossibility to travel.

Name changes

Any name changes will be allowed until 12th May. Requests should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Name changes are subject to an administration fee of 50,00€.
